Standard delivery is within 48 hours of payment confirmation. If you need it faster, add Priority Turnaround at checkout for $75 and we'll deliver within 24 hours. Turnaround time starts the moment payment clears — not when you submit the intake form.
Profile Updates
Contact us at [email protected] and we'll update your profile. Quarterly subscribers get one free profile update per quarter — changes take effect on your next report run. One-time clients can reorder with an updated profile at any time.

Refunds
Reports are custom-built to your specific business profile and cannot be resold or reassigned. We do not offer refunds once a report is delivered. If you are unsatisfied with the output, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will work to make it right — including a revised run at no additional cost if the issue is on our end.

The primary driver is how many NAICS codes you want analyzed — Starter covers 1 to 3, Standard covers 4 to 7, and Premium covers 8 to 15. Yes. Your business profile, NAICS codes, set-aside status, and strategic priorities are never shared with third parties. Your report is built exclusively for your business and is not shared with or sold to anyone else. See our full confidentiality policy in the Terms section below.

Every report is built from the latest available USAspending.gov bulk data at the time of your run. We pull a fresh data snapshot for each client — you are never getting cached or stale results. The standard analysis window covers the last 36 months of federal contract awards.

USAspending.gov is the official public database of all federal contract awards, maintained by the U.S. Treasury. Every dollar the federal government spends on contracts is reported here — vendor name, agency, dollar amount, contract type, set-aside status, and more. It is the same source used by enterprise platforms like GovWin IQ and Bloomberg Government. LaneIQ processes this raw data and scores it specifically for your business profile so you get intelligence, not a spreadsheet.

SAM.gov shows you open solicitations — contracts that are already posted and being actively bid on. LaneIQ analyzes the last 36 months of awarded contracts so you understand where the government has been spending, how competitive each lane is, who the incumbents are, and where your best entry points are before a solicitation ever drops. SAM.gov tells you what is open right now. LaneIQ tells you where to position your business for the next 12 to 24 months.
Upgrades
Yes. If you ordered a Starter or Standard report and want to expand your scope, contact us and we'll quote you the difference. You only pay the gap between what you paid and the higher tier — not the full price again. Upgrades are processed within 24 hours and your expanded report is delivered within the standard 48-hour window from upgrade confirmation.

Your billing cycle starts on the day you pay and renews every 3 months automatically via Stripe. Each quarter we run a fresh report against the latest data using your saved business profile and deliver it to your inbox within 48 hours of renewal. You can update your profile once per quarter at no charge. Cancel anytime through the Stripe customer portal — no penalties, no notice period required.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime through the Stripe customer portal — no penalties, no minimum commitment, no cancellation fee. Your subscription stops at the end of the current billing period. You keep all reports already delivered. If you cancel and want to restart later, just resubscribe at the current rate and we'll pick up from where you left off.
Adding NAICS
Yes — this is handled as a mid-cycle refresh. If your total NAICS count stays within your current tier, we rerun your report with the updated codes at 50% of your plan price. If adding codes pushes you into a higher tier, we quote you the tier difference. Contact us at [email protected] to request a refresh.
Coverage
Federal contracts only. LaneIQ is built on USAspending.gov data which covers all U.S. federal agency contract awards. State and local government contracting operates on separate procurement systems and is not included in the current product. If federal plus SLED coverage is something you need, contact us — it is on our product roadmap.
Geography
Standard plans include up to 3 states and Premium includes any geography with no limit. If you are on a Starter or Standard plan and need additional states, we offer state add-ons at $50 per state up to 10 states. Broader geographic coverage beyond 10 states is quoted individually. Note that nationwide analysis is always available at any tier — the state filter is optional if you want a regional focus.
Sharing
No. Each report is built for one named business and is covered under our confidentiality policy. Redistribution, resale, or sharing with third parties — including teaming partners, consultants, or affiliates — is strictly prohibited. Beyond the policy, sharing your intelligence defeats its purpose: the moment your competition has the same lane data you do, your edge disappears.
Set-Asides
Yes — and it is one of the most powerful filters in the system. Standard and Premium plans include set-aside filtering so your report can show you specifically which lanes carry SDVOSB, WOSB, HUBZone, 8(a), or Small Business designations. You can choose to see your certified lanes only, Full and Open contracts only, or both combined. Your certification is a structural competitive advantage — LaneIQ shows you exactly where to deploy it.
Strategy Call
A strategy call is a 60-minute session where we walk through your report findings together, answer your questions, and build a 90-day BD action plan based on your top-ranked entry points. It is not required — your report is designed to be self-explanatory — but it is recommended for first-time clients or anyone making a significant pivot in their federal BD strategy. Premium plans include a strategy call automatically. All other plans can add one for $199.

We do not write proposals, prepare past performance narratives, or provide capture support through LaneIQ.
